- Financial Aid packages include $350 per semester for course textbooks and materials. If you accept the full package, a credit refund will be issued after disbursement of financial aid, which occurs after the start of the semester. To expedite receipt of the refund, you are encouraged to enroll in direct deposit (PDF) through your Compass account.
- Indirect expenses included in the annual cost of attendance are:
- Transportation: $100/month
- Personal: $100/month
- Living expenses: $1,000/month
- For students who begin in Session A, awards are based on 6 credits per semester.
- For students who begin in Session B, first semester awards are based on 3 credits per semester. Awards for the following semesters will be based on 6 credits per semester (one course for each session).
- Full-time enrollment is based on taking 6 or more credits per semester. Students enrolled in less than 3 credits per semester are not eligible for federal aid.
- Students are awarded financial aid funding to cover direct costs (tuition and fees) and textbooks.
- This program is based on two terms (A and B) per semester. Financial aid is awarded accordingly. Go to weqx.vbj4.com/disbursement for dates loan funding will pay to your account (refunds arrive 7-10 days after the disbursement date).
